Job Description

Are you the kind of person who knows the difference between a rotary hammer and an impact driver — and can spot a worn‑out blade or cracked housing at a glance? Join our in‑house tool repair and logistics team supporting commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and performing minor repairs on a wide range of hand tools and light equipment, keeping gear organized, functional and field‑ready.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, service, and perform minor repairs on hand tools and light equipment (drills, grinders, nail guns, generators, pressure washers, and more)
• Pick and fulfill tool orders from request forms, walk‑ins, and phone calls
• Load, unload, and organize tools and gear across warehouse zones and storage yards
• Conduct incoming / outgoing inspections to ensure tools are safe, functional, and ready for deployment
• Coordinate external repairs and recertifications for torque wrenches, fall protection gear, and other specialized equipment
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces across the warehouse and external shop areas
