Pega Developer

Position Description :

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with expertise in CDH to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega development and a solid understanding of Customer Decision Hub.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and customize Pega applications according to business requirements.

2. Implement CDH solutions and integrate them with existing systems.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

4. Design and develop Pega workflows, user interfaces, decisioning strategies, and integrations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

1. Proven experience as a Pega Developer.

2. Must have experience with Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

3. Strong knowledge of pega methodologies and frameworks.

4. Experience in designing and implementing Pega workflows, declarative rules, decisioning strategies, and user interfaces.

5. Proficiency in Pega integration services (SOAP, REST,etc) and databases (SQL, Oracle, etc).

6. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Pega applications and provide technical support.

7. Excellent communication skills.
