Responsibilities :
As a Partnership Manager- Financial Services at Shoplazza, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners, identify new partners, drive business growth through partner channels and revenue.
You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that align with partner goals and objectives.
Partner Management : Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, and other key partners.
Identify new partnership opportunities and drive the negotiation and execution of agreements.
Business Development : Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Channel Development : Work closely with partners to drive referral leads to the sales team, consists of pipeline management, training & building relationship with partner sales organization.
- Solution Development : Work with partners to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal teams.
- Project Management : Manage the implementation of partnership projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Performance Management : Monitor the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of partnerships and the impact on the business.
Qulifications and Requirements :
- Payments, Fintech, POS experience highly recommened.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the fintech and e-comm ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Working conditions
This is a permanent full-time position, working remotely.
