Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer of one our clients based in Guelph, ON region for their facility.

Shift - Days

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead new program launches using APQP , PPAP, and Gantt-based project timelines
• Manage program status, risks, and launch readiness reporting to management
• Support equipment selection, tooling, fixtures, and process development
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues (CNC, presses, lasers, vision systems, auxiliary equipment)
• Perform root cause analysis and support setup technicians with problem-solving
• Develop and improve control plans, PFMEAs, and process flows with Quality
• Analyze process capability (Cp / Cpk) and implement corrective actions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cell / workstation layouts
• Train setup technicians, lead hands, and supervisors on new and existing processes
• Coordinate with suppliers on tooling and process solutions
