We are looking for a Process Engineer of one our clients based in Guelph, ON region for their facility.
Shift - Days
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead new program launches using APQP , PPAP, and Gantt-based project timelines
- Manage program status, risks, and launch readiness reporting to management
- Support equipment selection, tooling, fixtures, and process development
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues (CNC, presses, lasers, vision systems, auxiliary equipment)
- Perform root cause analysis and support setup technicians with problem-solving
- Develop and improve control plans, PFMEAs, and process flows with Quality
- Analyze process capability (Cp / Cpk) and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cell / workstation layouts
- Train setup technicians, lead hands, and supervisors on new and existing processes
- Coordinate with suppliers on tooling and process solutions
