Minimum Requirements :
Education :
- College Diploma or Skilled-Trade Certificate of Qualification (CoQ). (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of completion for the highest level of education attained. If the diploma / degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Manufacturing operations.Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership.Availability to work in shifts (morning / afternoon / evening).Preferred Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.Experience :
Engine experience preferred : Prior experience in engine manufacturing, assembly, or related engineering.Safety and Quality experience preferred : Experience implementing and maintaining safety protocols and quality standards.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Constraint Management principles.Proven proficiency in analytical and problem-solving methodologies (., 8D, Six Sigma, root cause analysis), with a track record of resolving complex operational issues.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
