Who are we?

Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd. is a new and pre-owned dealership located in Bracebridge. We also offer a large inventory of parts as well as financing and expert repairs. We take pride in our outstanding customer service to all sales and service customers.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process

· Present vehicle options, features, and benefits

· Negotiate sales and close deals in a professional and transparent manner

· Handle online, phone, and in-person sales inquiries with professionalism

· Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions

· Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

· Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs

· Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery

· Other duties as required by management

Position Requirements:

· Hold a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

· Proven experience in sales and customer service (automotive experience is an asset)

· Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and financing options

· Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

· Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written skills

· Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

· Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team

· Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software

· Valid Driver’s License

· OMVIC License (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type:

· Full-Time

Shift and Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· Rotational Saturdays

Compensation:

· $60,000 - $100,000 per year

· Commission pay

** This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and commission earnings**
