Automotive Sales Consultant

Who are we?

Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd. is a new and pre-owned dealership located in Bracebridge. We also offer a large inventory of parts as well as financing and expert repairs. We take pride in our outstanding customer service to all sales and service customers.

The Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process
• Present vehicle options, features, and benefits
• Negotiate sales and close deals in a professional and transparent manner
• Handle online, phone, and in-person sales inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
• Other duties as required by management

Position Requirements :

Hold a Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in sales and customer service (automotive experience is an asset)

Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and financing options

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written skills

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team

Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software

Valid Driver’s License

OMVIC License (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type :

Full-Time

Shift and Schedule :

Monday to Friday

Rotational Saturdays

Compensation :

$60,000 - $100,000 per year

Commission pay

This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and commission earnings
