Life Practitioner

Here at Kisimul, we provide exceptional education and care for children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, including behaviours of concern. Through our registered schools, college, and care homes, we support children up to the age of 19 with education and care, and offer residential care and supported living for adults aged 18 to 65

We’re looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Holmlea, East Markham .

As a LifePractitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with severelearning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives.

Your role will include;

• Support with day-to-dayliving and personal goals.
• Accompany individuals oncommunity activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
• Build positive, respectfulrelationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleaguesto safeguard and empower the people we support.

Pay & Progression

We offer clearprogression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skillsand increase your pay as you grow; Level 1 : £12.60 Level 2 : £13.10 Level 3 : £13.60
