The ideal candidate is a successful technology leader in an organization with modern infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud technologies / practices.

They would have ideally done this within an entrepreneurial environment where a hands-on and highly adaptable approach is required, such as a growth-stage SaaS business, or a corporation that has gone through a cloud / digital transformation.

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading and managing a high-performing technical team, and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading the delivery of large-scale cloud-based / on-premise infrastructure capabilities and operations, is required for the role.

Located in Victoria, British Columbia, this is a unique opportunity for a leader to help shape the future vision of a technology function in a global investment organization.
