To support the management of the infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps portions of these initiatives, BCI is looking for a Manager, Cloud & Infrastructure Delivery.
Reporting to the Director, Cloud & End User Computing, the Manager is responsible for the delivery of cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure capabilities and operations.
The Manager provides team and technical leadership and ensures that cloud and infrastructure products, services, and projects advance both strategic and operational goals and priorities.
They will build and manage an experienced team, provide day-to-day direction, and deliver with high levels of business value, performance, and pace in collaboration with other technology department teams in an agile / hybrid environment.
The ideal candidate is a successful technology leader in an organization with modern infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud technologies / practices.
They would have ideally done this within an entrepreneurial environment where a hands-on and highly adaptable approach is required, such as a growth-stage SaaS business, or a corporation that has gone through a cloud / digital transformation.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading and managing a high-performing technical team, and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading the delivery of large-scale cloud-based / on-premise infrastructure capabilities and operations, is required for the role.

BCI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan and paid time off.
The annualized base salary range for this role based in Victoria is CAD $110,000-$140,000.
The base salary offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set, level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and consideration to internal equity.

We aim for actual pay to be around the median of the market for target or expected levels of performance, and around the upper quartile of the market for excellent performance.
