Position Description

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the company’s products meet the established quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing a quality team, investigating issues, collaborating across departments, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems and standards. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to maintain product uniformity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality initiatives, implementing effective quality processes and methodologies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor quality staff, promoting best practices and a strong quality mindset throughout the organization.
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions
• Analyze quality data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive decision-making.
