Trainee 360 Recruiter

Drake International is looking for a 360 Recruiter to run a permanent recruitment for Drake Calgary. As a Trainee 360 Recruiter, you’ll learn to manage the full recruitment cycle while driving new business opportunities. You’ll combine sales, account management, and candidate sourcing to deliver outstanding results. This role requires resilience, initiative, and the ambition to build a successful desk from the ground up. What We Offer :

• Salary :  $55,000 per annum and uncapped commission potential
