Who You Are
You’re a skilled Salesforce developer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering clean, scalable solutions. You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills, translating business needs into smart, efficient systems. Detail‑oriented and organized, you’re comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team to drive innovation and results.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, etc.)Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third‑party ecosystem (Power Automate, Heroku / Mulesoft APIs, etc.)Manage source code using version control (e.g., Git)Handle database schema design, performance tuning, and large data volume strategiesOptimize and refactor existing customisations for performance and scalabilityCollaborate with stakeholders on CRM strategy, data architecture, and automation initiativesSupport integrations with third‑party vendors and our loan origination systemEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulationsYou will work very closely with the Salesforce Admin, so being a strong team player is essential. In addition, you’ll act as a technical mentor to support their growthSkills Requested
4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with the ability to write Apex codeProven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via API connectionsExpert fluency in Lightning Web Components and SOQLAbility to translate business requirements into technical requirements is a mustAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentStrong proficiency in English (verbal and written)Skills That Would Be Considered Assets

Reporting To : Systems Manager
Full‑Time / Part‑Time : Full‑time
Hours of Work : 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m., Monday to Friday (hybrid : 4 days in office, 1 day remote). Flexible scheduling on hours may be considered in consultation with your supervisor.
Salary Band : $120,000–$150,000 - Compensation will be based on experience, certifications, and scope of responsibilities.
