This role involves overseeing shop and field activities, maintaining equipment, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise operators.
• Provide operational expertise and maintain a professional attitude with customers.
• Plan and execute operations, including tools, logistics, and crew coordination.
• Ensure units are stocked with required tools and supplies.
• Supervise rig-in and rig-out of pressure control equipment, lubricators, and tools.
• Operate and supervise standard mast units and mast units with swab lines.
• Understand pressure control equipment and theory.
• Perform gun loading operations and arm explosive devices.
• Run various logging operations (GR, N, CCL, temperature, CBL, VDL, RBL)
• Set bridge plugs, cement retainers, and packers; perform perforating operations.
• Troubleshoot tools and surface equipment for open / short circuits.
• Maintain all required safety, operational, and regulatory documentation.
• Complete field invoicing and understand pricing structures.
• Commit to ongoing self-improvement through training (LMS).
