Position

Our Calgary & Rockyview manufacturing facility are looking for a talented General Laborer (Production Worker) to join our team. Under the direction and leadership of the Lead Hand, the General Laborer is responsible for the assembly of modular units and other modular building components, ensuring work tasks are performed following safety procedures while ensuring a high level of quality and timeliness. This is a union-based role.

What You Get to Do

• Assist in the installation of sheeting materials, including subfloors, wall sheeting, and roofing sheeting using various materials.
• Assist in the assembly of doors, windows, trim, and millwork, including the hardware and painting.
• Gather material needed for assembly of units and installation of small finishing items.
• Pre-assembly of components, read and interpret blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
