We’re currently seeking a new office administrator to join our dedicated team of oral health professionals. If you have a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you.
Office Administrator : Your primary goal as our new Office Administrator is to be the backbone of our office by supporting staff and patients through a variety of administrative tasks.
You’re an expert at building rapport with patients from the moment they come in. Your engaging personality and elite communication skills will shine whenever a call or email comes your way.
Your strong math skills will play a key role in your success as you oversee billing and payments. Your handwriting is clear and legible, and your grammar is impeccable.
You ensure your work is understandable and error free. You remain calm under pressure as you navigate effortlessly through several high priority items.
You follow up and follow through on everything that finds its way to your desk. To succeed in this role, you must be versatile, capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks competing for your attention.

We offer a competitive salary of $21 / hour and above commensurate with experience, as well as a benefits package and vacation.
