Northern Health is seeking an experienced Director of Care who will provide visionary leadership in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing, rehab, and discharge services. In this key role, you will help shape strategic objectives and operational plans that support exceptional, effective care aligned with Northern Health’s priorities.

The Director of Care anticipates and responds to the evolving health needs of residents, ensuring the delivery of a broad range of acute and facility-based services within a service-driven and value-based framework.

Salary

Starting salary range : $116,591 – $145,739, based on education, training, experience, and alignment with comparable positions.
