What you’ll do :

  • Support customer needs by providing technical support and expertise, and collaborating to resolve customer time and attendance incidents / queries in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Perform functional configuration and resolve systems issues specifically in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  • Support customer needs by providing technical support and expertise in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Provide system subject matter expertise in improving and maintaining operations, delivery of key projects, and / or completing the project life cycle for assigned initiatives including : Complete gap analysis and resolution for user needs and software fit.

Gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements. System configuration, design, testing and implementation.

Develop and maintain the knowledge base (KB) library for supporting the Kronos / UKG Pro Workforce Management application.

Ensure that all manuals and documentation are kept current for any procedural or software version upgrades.

Act as a liaison for technology initiatives that impact People & Culture Business Unit processes.

You are looking for an opportunity within HR Systems and Information Technology and :

Have a minimum 1+ years of experience with Oracle HCM and UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro Workforce Management in functional configuration and technical support (.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • You have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant progressively responsible experience working with IT Business and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Applications.
  • Have confident and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re focused on ensuring a high standard of customer support is provided.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
