Purpose of Role

We are seeking an Integration Change Analyst to support the Change Lead in delivering a successful integration program. The Integration Change Analyst will ensure that employees, managers, and stakeholders from both organizations are well‑prepared, informed, and supported throughout the integration journey.

Why choose Weir

Be part of a global organization dedicated to building a better future: At Weir, the growing world depends on us. It depends on us constantly reinventing, quickly adapting and continually finding better, faster, more sustainable ways to access the resources it needs to thrive. And it depends on each of us doing the best work of our lives. It’s a big challenge – but it is exciting.

An opportunity to grow your own way: Everything moves fast in the dynamic world of Weir. This creates opportunities for us to take on new challenges, explore new areas, learn, progress and excel. We continually focus on people and their wellbeing. We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Impact Assessment: Analyze how post‑merger integration initiatives affect different employee groups, processes, and systems. Identify areas of overlap, gaps, and opportunities for synergy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Change Lead in mapping stakeholders from both organizations, preparing targeted engagement plans, and tracking feedback to address concerns and foster buy‑in.
  • Communication Support: Draft clear, tailored communications to employees and managers about upcoming changes and integration milestones.
  • Training Coordination: Assist in developing training materials and coordinating sessions to build capability and confidence in new systems and processes resulting from the merger.
  • Employee Experience Focus: Gather insights from employees to ensure integration initiatives enhance the overall employee journey, address cultural differences, and promote a unified organizational identity.
  • Change Readiness Tracking: Monitor adoption metrics, readiness surveys, and feedback loops to identify risks and opportunities unique to post‑merger integration.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the Change Lead, including reporting, documentation, and meeting coordination specific to integration activities.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

  • Change management knowledge: Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and identifying trends in employee feedback.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at working with cross‑functional teams and building relationships across HR, IT, and business units.
  • Adaptability: Resilient in fast‑paced environments and able to manage multiple priorities. Able to work across cultures.
