Shuttle Dispatch Coordinator

Location : Delta, BC

We’re looking for a Shuttle Coordinator to play a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating details, and takes pride in helping customers start and finish their journey stress-free. You’ll work closely with drivers, customer service, and operations teams while supporting an international clientele.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule customer shuttle transfers by phone and email
• Assign, schedule, and direct shuttle bus drivers
• Train and support shuttle dispatch assistants and drivers
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Complete general and role‑specific administrative tasks
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance scheduling with Customer Service, Production, and Rentals teams
• Provide occasional reception coverage as needed
• Support customer service activities such as vehicle demonstrations, returns, and tour desk assistance
• Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional vehicle transfers within the Lower Mainland
