We’re looking for a guest‑centric, goal‑oriented Sales Associate to help make life better for our guests and communities.
Location : Langley store at 20645 Langley Bypass.
As a Sales Team Member, you will be the face of the Ashley brand, helping guests find the perfect pieces. You will be backed by support and coaching from Store Leaders and Sales Managers in a fun, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :
Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to inform purchase decisions.Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals.Maintain stock availability when making a sale.Enter sales orders accurately and process payments.Manage open orders and delivery timelines.Develop and maintain a prospect system including outbound calls, e‑commerce leads, web, telesales, appointments, and walk‑in traffic.Maintain knowledge of competitor pricing, programs, products, and services.Actively improve product knowledge and sales skills through professional development, manager coaching, and online learning.Qualifications :
High school diploma.2+ years of sales experience in retail, commissioned sales, marketing, or related areas is preferred.Proven selling skills with a strong sales approach.Capable of creating, designing, and coordinating attractive room settings (desirable).Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Well‑organized and able to follow through tasks to completion.Experience with MS Office products and willingness to learn in‑house programs and technology.Must be available to work long hours standing, including days, evenings, and weekends.Must be able to lift and move products up to 30 pounds without a lifting device.Seniority level : Entry level
