Job descriptionCustomer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you!). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets. Process purchases, payments, and returns. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness Represent Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service. Available occasional weekdays, evenings and weekends. Have reliable transportation. Must be able to work between our two Retail locations when needed as mentioned above : 362 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, and 50 Akerley Blvd. #112, Dartmouth. Previous retail or related customer-facing experience required. Team-player who can solve problems and address customers’ questions & concerns. Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills e.g., POS. Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry are an asset.
Must be able to work between two Retail locations :
- 362 Lacewood Drive, Halifax;
- 50 Akerley Blvd. #112, Dartmouth.
