We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support office staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for one of our clients in Calgary, AB (NE).
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and serving as a key liaison between executive offices and internal teams.
Please note : this is a 6 month contract with the opportunity of an extension.
