Requirements
Has experience leading front-of-house teams in café, bistro, or casual-elegant settings
Brings a genuine passion Valenciana for hospitality, food, and coffee
Is a respectful, people-first leader who empowers and uplifts their team
Comfortable working hands-on in service while maintaining leadership perspective
