Front of House Manager

Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations across café and bistro service

Set and maintain high service standards while preserving a relaxed, genuine atmosphere

Coach, support, and develop a values-driven FOH team in a high-trust environment

Be highly visible on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the team during service

Partner closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to ensure alignment and flow

Support scheduling, labour management, and operational consistency

Contribute ideas and energy to the continued evolution of the concept

Requirements

Has experience leading front-of-house teams in café, bistro, or casual-elegant settings

Brings a genuine passion Valenciana for hospitality, food, and coffee

Is a respectful, people-first leader who empowers and uplifts their team

Comfortable working hands-on in service while maintaining leadership perspective
