What You’ll Do

• Champion and deliver Claystone’s capital program, managing projects from concept to close-out.
• Lead engineering design, construction, and environmental compliance across landfill, composting, and transfer operations.
• Implement Claystone’s Professional Practice Management Plan (PPMP) and serve as the Responsible Member under APEGA.
• Oversee engineering consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage environmental permitting and regulatory compliance in collaboration with consultants and authorities.
• Provide technical guidance to operations and business development teams on design, feasibility, and financial analysis.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff through structured performance and professional development plans.
• Represent Claystone with regulators, municipal partners, and community stakeholders.
