Job Title : Land Administrator (Senior) Location : Calgary, AB (hybrid) Duration : 1 year contract Your Newpany A leadingpany in the Canadian Gas Operations industry is looking to add a member to their team for a 1-year contract. Your new role
- Considered a subject-matter expert and is sought out by internally stakeholders for guidance on land rights issues.
- Identify land requirements and potential issues on capital projects, acquisition or development programs.
- Provide facilitation in unique land issues, claims, negotiations recognizing precedent-setting impacts; support and implement the annual integrated public awareness program.
- Direct and / or advise contract land agents, appraisal experts, consulting foresters and surveyors, contractors involved with property matters and ownership.
- Ensure data within the land database is current and accurate.
