As a Canada Post Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. Using your excellent customer service skills, you’ll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences by assisting customers through both phone calls and live chat support.

Your Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Available to work full-time, up to 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am to 11 : 00 pm EST

Saturday and Sunday, 9 : 00 am to 9 : 00 pm EST

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Training Start Date : February 16th, 2026
