Key Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality character models and UVs for use in production; implement improvements or changes based on review feedback and supervisor / lead direction.
• Design and implement character projects from concept to final production model.
• Proactively recommend ongoing pipeline improvements.
• Identify potential issues, provide solutions, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholder departments.
• Work within the defined pipeline.
• Ensure continuity and support other asset departments such as texture, surfacing / lookdev, generalist, and rigging.
