A leading oil & gas sector is looking to onboard HR Generalist on contract basis for 8 months working hybrid in Calgary.
Your new role
- Serve as the key point of contact on HR data management and analysis in the HR projects team.
- Collaborate across the HR PMO, HR Reporting, Cost Accounting, and other key Corporate Function stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
- Identify, collect, and validate HR and cost data from various sources.
- Apply data quality andernance standards to ensure data accuracy,pleteness, and consistency.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver data analysis reports and presentations, using charts, graphs, tables, and dashboards.
What you need to succeed
6+ years of experience in the fieldProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience in data analysis, data visualization, and data managementKnowledge of HR metrics, benchmarks, and best practices preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects with tight deadlinesStrongmunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
