Job description

Quality Systems Engineer – Windsor, Ontario

Agilus is recruiting for a Quality Systems Engineer in the Automotive Industry in Windsor, Ontario. The Quality Systems Engineer will support audits and is responsible for performing internal audits, closing corrective actions, liaising with registrars, managing customer‑specific requirements, and driving improvements in the document control process.

A Typical Day

Perform internal audits as per audit schedule (IATF, VDA, CQI‑9, CQI‑15, CQI‑12).

Close corrective actions with team members.

Serve as liaison between the organization and the registrar.

Manage customer‑specific requirements and offer technical support.

Drive improvements in the document control process.

Successful Candidates Will Have

Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Certified ISO / TS16949 Internal Auditor with a minimum of three years internal audit experience.

Working knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA).

IATF Certification and VDA Certification.
