Position Summary

The Junior Business Development / Administration role serves as the first point of contact for the organization and provides administrative and clerical support to the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams. This position is responsible for managing front-desk operations, supporting lead generation and marketing outreach activities, and maintaining current HubSpot CRM. The role plays a key part in presenting a professional image of the company while supporting business development initiatives and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development and Marketing team by researching target companies to determine if August Electronics is a strong fit for their needs and requirements.
• Assist with HubSpot CRM.
• Greet and screen visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-office experience.
• Direct phone inquiries to appropriate individuals, departments, or teams across the organization.
• Accurately take, record, and relay telephone, email, and written messages.
• Observe and report any security, safety, or access concerns.
• Sales, Business Development & Marketing

Assist in building and maintaining prospect lists.

Support coordination of customer visits, site tours, and internal / external events as required.
