A leading financial Insolvency firm in North York is recruiting for a Client Account Manager / Debt Solutions Manager in North York, Ontario.
Position Summary : The Client Account Manager / Debt Solutions Manager will be involved in meeting with potential clients to review their financial situation involving one of the services provided. They will provide professional services to debtors in North York. You will report to the Trustee responsible for the Region and participate in networking and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate for this position will be a driven sales person with a proven ability to close sales
General Responsibilities :
- Respond to initial contact from insolvency persons by by telephone or email (defined as Customer ServiceReam within the Firm).
- Meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their practical needs and matching those to one of our solutions.
- Clearly documenting client situations to facilitate subsequent data processing in the back office
Skills and Experience :
Professional and effective communications skills (including telephone demeanor and face-to-face)Customer Service experienceExcellent selling and closing skills in the context of highly professional and ethical standardsIn depth exposure to debt restructuringDemonstrated track record in achieving sales quotas and possess a results oriented attitudeStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Additional Requirements :
Valid Ontario driver license and a reliable licensed and insured vehicleWilling to travel to other satellite offices. as well as attending team and management meetings at the North York Hub.Willing to accommodate clients for evening or weekend appointments as necessary to maximize opportunities.Education and Qualifications :
Minimum 2 - 4 years successful strategic sales experienceCollege Diploma with strong emphasis on business skills preferred.
