As a Hagerty Garage + Social Assistant Garage Manager , you will work with the General Manager to establish a profitable business through client management, vehicle management, and maintaining a presentable facility.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service for our Members.
- Work with senior management to lease garage spaces to ensure maximum occupancy.
- Conduct facility tours, accurately outlining services and offerings to prospective members.
- Collaborate with the Car Concierge to execute vehicle logistics, including check-in, parking, and preparation for pickup.
- Actively manage and update key boxes, accounting for all cars within the facility.
- Manage client registration.
- Ensure facility cleanliness at all times.
- Own the client servicing relationship. Working directly with clients to facilitate their vehicle service needs.
- Assist the Car Concierge with washes and details when necessary.
- Partner with the Car Concierge to coordinate and execute service work, ensuring all jobs are completed in a timely fashion.
- Maintain the client database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and member inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Work with other Hagerty team members on an as-needed basis to create the best possible member experience.
This Might Describe You
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in an automotive logistics environment.Passion and enthusiasm for cars, automotive culture, customer service, operational excellence and a team-oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service.Comfortable working in a dynamic, service-focused environment.Experience in automotive related sector.Ability to move and operate a variety of high-end vehicles with care and professionalism.Valid Driver’s License and good standing driving record.Must be available to travel for events and work some nights and most weekends.Must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for long periods of time).Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.Proficient user of MS Office products : Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Impeccable attendance record.Other things to note

For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
