As a Hagerty Garage + Social Assistant Garage Manager , you will work with the General Manager to establish a profitable business through client management, vehicle management, and maintaining a presentable facility.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service for our Members.
• Work with senior management to lease garage spaces to ensure maximum occupancy.
• Conduct facility tours, accurately outlining services and offerings to prospective members.
• Collaborate with the Car Concierge to execute vehicle logistics, including check-in, parking, and preparation for pickup.
• Actively manage and update key boxes, accounting for all cars within the facility.
• Manage client registration.
• Ensure facility cleanliness at all times.
• Own the client servicing relationship. Working directly with clients to facilitate their vehicle service needs.
• Assist the Car Concierge with washes and details when necessary.
• Partner with the Car Concierge to coordinate and execute service work, ensuring all jobs are completed in a timely fashion.
• Maintain the client database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and member inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
• Work with other Hagerty team members on an as-needed basis to create the best possible member experience.
