Resorts of theCanadian Rockies Inc. is looking to fill the position of Payroll Technician. This
is a full-time year-round position, reporting to the Payroll Coordinator and
the Resort Area Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous payroll
experience, be an excellent communicator, have a great attitude and be a team

Key
Responsibilities
Process a 150–400 employee
hourly, bi-weekly payroll cycle
Update and maintain employee
payroll packages
Collect, verify, and reconcile
timesheets and payroll data
Submit monthly updates to the
Union regarding employee status changes, addresses, and SIN information
Prepare accounts payable for
the Union and submit to Head Office
Deliver pay stubs to Managers
for distribution
Prepare bi-weekly seniority
reports for HR
Prepare weekly HR reports
detailing hired, rehired, and terminated employees
Ensure compliance with the
Union Collective Agreement,
