We’re growing our Western Canadian Electrical Engineering team! As our work expands in the energy, industrial, and mining sectors, we’re seeking curious, driven professionals who bring strong teamwork and an entrepreneurial mindset.

As an Electrical Engineer at BBA’s Trail office, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, from studies and detailed design to on‑site testing and commissioning. You’ll grow your technical and leadership skills, collaborate with teams across Western Canada, and be recognized for your impact in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, engineers, designers and drafters in the preparation of deliverables to BBA and client standards.
• Establish client needs and prepare or review reports, estimates, specifications, quotations and proposals.
• Prepare and review design deliverables and perform electrical calculations and studies.
• Work with designers and drafters in the preparation of drawings to BBA and client standards.
• Perform site inspections, testing and commissioning at client sites.
• Create project scope of services, budgets and schedules.
• Plan and monitor work assignments and costs.
• Supervise the work of a team of 1 to 2 persons.
• Communicate with the client on active and future projects.
