This position reports to the CGO. Love of sports, especially baseball will be considered a plus

Job Summary

The Product Manager role entails the management of Magmic’s existing live products. This position revolves around analytics, user feedback, App Store Optimization (ASO), support, and collaboration with the Chief Game Officer to prioritize, schedule, and oversee feature updates and additions to live games.

• Collect and analyze data to provide clear recommendations for optimizing retention, engagement, and monetization of our games.
• Identify, define, and test events, metrics, and dashboards to measure game and feature performance.
• Propose and oversee AB tests, ensuring accurate implementation and presenting key findings.
• Manage Customer Support, including Uservoice Tickets, online inquiries, and reviews.
• Generate weekly Support / Health reports.
• Report analytics bugs on Jira to assist the QA lead in understanding customer messages.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of reports for our games.
• Collaborate with team members to update the roadmap for our games.
• Participate in defining LiveOps strategies for content, targeting, promotions, acquisition, and update releases to maximize the game’s potential.
• Research best practices while playing and testing competitors’ games.
• Optimize integrated ad networks to sustain and enhance advertisement revenue sources.
• Assist in the formulation of the game App Store Optimization strategy.
• Work with Game Designer(s) to identify new features to enhance game performance.

Experience Requirements

• Experience working in games or a degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of the games industry
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytic platforms like Mixpanel and Firebase.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non technical audiences.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Good experience analyzing game analytics and running live ops
• Interests : Avid gamer, Sports games, RPG and Mobile idle games
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
