Calling all Job Seekers in MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO & surrounding areas! My client is looking for ONE LICENSED MILLWRIGHT to join their team!

Job Title : MILLWRIGHT

Job Duties :

• Repair critical equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure optimum plant operation by protecting the daily production and maintenance schedules and achieving daily planned work targets.
• Apply technical knowledge and skills to the repair and perform maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment such as CNC controlled punching shearing and material transportation systems, overhead and wall cranes, fluid and air power systems and controls, band saws, welding feeders and power supplies, and roll forming lines.
• Support spare parts inventory and work order business processes and quality of data collected in the database.
• Maintain a safe, neat and clean working environment and comply with all legislated and company health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• LICENSED 433A MILLWRIGHT CERTIFICATE - RED SEAL
• 3+ YEARS OF MILLWRIGHT EXPERIENCE
• EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A HEAVY MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
• WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MIG / ARC WELDING
• WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF LATHE, MILLING MACHINES, GRINDERS, AND HAND TOOLS

Location : Mississuga, Ontario

Pay :

Based on experience - range starting at $37 -41 hourly
