Position Overview :

Join Finning and play a key role in supporting core and inventory returns processes across our branch network. This position offers :

A dynamic role focused on managing Caterpillar claims coordinating surplus returns and ensuring accurate core tracking.

As a Returns Analyst you will provide administrative and operational support for core distribution supplier returns and Caterpillar claims. If you are detail-oriented organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is a job for you!

Job Description :

• Research and resolve core tracking errors and issues related to parts warranty and service transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse contacts for consolidation and timely shipment of cores ensuring entitlements are maintained.
• Provide claims support tickets for Caterpillar.
• Deliver training and guidance on supplier return processes within the Infor system including documentation and best practices.
• Coordinate and execute bi-annual Caterpillar surplus returns including customs and shipping documentation.
• Analyze rapid returns reports and submit eligible returns to Caterpillar.
• Maintain accurate records and provide status reports on all return-related tasks and processes.
