Specific Requirements : The Business Consultant is responsible for, but not limited to the following criteria.Experience With HR, Finance, Or Payroll ERP Module ImplementationExperience analyzing and documenting business processesExperience with requirements gathering, user stories, and use cases.
Qualifications, education, and experience : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field. CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.
Experience working within the BC Post-Secondary Sector is highly preferred. Experience working on ERP implementation projects, particularly Workday, is considered an asset.
Familiarity with hybrid project work allocation / management. Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate among diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks. Exceptional MS Office skills, including Microsoft Visio Experience working on a digital transformation project.
