Global Senior Talent Acquisiton @ Pride Global

Are you a skilled Service Designer passionate about human-centred design and digital transformation?

We’re hiring multiple Service Designers to join innovative, cross-functional teams working on transformative digital projects that improve public services.

Location : Primarily Remote (Canada-based) with occasional meetings in Edmonton, AB

Contract : Up to 24 months, full-time, flexible hours based on project needs

Schedule : Flexible, aligned with project demands

What You’ll Do

Apply human-centred design and agile methodologies to program reviews and digital transformation projects
Conduct user and behavioral field research, co-design workshops, and usability testing
Create service journey maps, blueprints, prototypes, and user stories
Analyze service performance and report findings with actionable insights
Collaborate closely with product owners, executives, and front-line staff to co-develop new processes and policies
Support change management initiatives to integrate new solutions into existing operations
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional team activities
Deliver iterative project outcomes that enhance efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in service design research and outputs

2+ years working within cross-functional, Agile product teams

Strong skills in user research, co-design, prototyping, and journey mapping

Experience in change management and organizational design

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote and hybrid settings

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with public sector or government digital transformation projects

Familiarity with human-centred design tools and modern data practices

Experience conducting field research and user interviews in diverse environments
