Night Shift Manager

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage the stores night shift operations, including the fresh side, to ensure safety and security.
• Perform key operational duties with your employees including putting up the orders, stocking shelves and building displays.
• Face, merchandise and reorganize displaced items to ensure the store is in customer ready condition.
• Complete night-time temperature and alarm checks.
• Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.
• Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
• Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Previous Managerial Experience Is Beneficial But Not Required.

Salary Range : $52,000.00 - $66,815.20
