What you’ll do :
- Create a suite of core processes, tools and templates to enable users to effectively develop and execute on center-led procurement principles that enable effective sourcing, supplier relationship management, supplier performance evaluation, contract lifecycle management, contract compliance, executed savings validation, spend analytics, and category planning.
- Lead the implementation and customization of digital tools / platforms in order to effectively enable and enhance current procurement-related business practices.
- Anticipate customer needs and identify gaps in order to create, rollout, implement, and where possible, digitize individual elements within the suite of processes that they are creating.
- Sustain the processes and technology and be responsible for end user support and adoption as well as continued enhancement and innovation as the process and technology adoption grows across FCL and the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).

You will work closely with Strategic Sourcing Managers, Business Unit stakeholders, and data systems owners and will report into the Manager, Procurement Governance & Infrastructure.

Who you are :
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and :
- Have 6 9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management (preferably with demonstrated experience across a variety of categories) and managing multiple projects.
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are familiar with contract / contractor management in the following areas : selection of service providers; clear understanding of specific contractor dynamics (.
union rules / regulations).
- Have experience in spend analytics would be an asset.
- Have experience in IValua and JD Edwards would be an asset.
- Have certificates in procurement, supply management, inventory management, Lean / Six Sigma, or operational planning would be assets.
Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, other analytical tools would be an asset.
