What We're Looking For:

✅ 3+ years brokerage experience (no direct writers)

✅ RIBO licensed with strong auto/home knowledge

✅ Local to Markham/GTA for reliable hybrid attendance

✅ PowerBroker experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)

✅ Someone who thinks like an advisor, not just processes tasks
