We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team and manage different healthcare construction projects.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage health care construction projects through all phases, respecting the timelines and the budget.
Negotiate contracts and build relationships with sub trades and consultants.
Create and manage project schedules utilizing advanced project scheduling software.
Oversee the site superintendent and check in on project progress regularly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that occur during the construction process.
Work collaboratively with the leadership team.
Qualifications
Strong background as a Project Manager in the ICI sector with a track record of overseeing institutional, health care and hospital interior renovation projects.
Excellent trade and consultant relationships in the local market.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong technical, computer and management skills
Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
