The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for translating BRC’s business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and execution plans. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role plays a key part in turning strategic direction into effective marketing programs, campaigns, and deliverables.
This position leads day-to-day marketing execution across brand, product launches, campaigns, and communications, while supporting annual planning, performance tracking, and team coordination. The Senior Marketing Manager also provides leadership to a small marketing team and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
Requirements
Marketing Execution & Planning
- Partner with the Director of Marketing & Communications to develop BRC’s annual marketing plan and lead execution against approved timelines
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing plans, timelines, and resourcing needs
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Product Development and cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through performance insights, competitive research, and industry trends
- Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure initiatives align with approved spending
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and delegate work across the marketing team to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business prioritiesProvide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and feedback to direct reportsConduct bi-annual performance reviews and support ongoing professional developmentMaintain action plans to support accountability and on-time deliveryPerformance Tracking & Optimization
Track and report on marketing KPIs related to campaigns, product launches, and sales supportAnalyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementRecommend and implement adjustments to campaigns and tactics to support performance goalsCross-Functional & External Collaboration
Act as the primary marketing contact for Regional Sales Directors, supporting bid requests, tools, and marketing needsManage relationships with agencies and vendors, including briefing, execution oversight, and budget trackingProvide regular updates to the Director of Marketing & Communications on project status, team capacity, and performance insightsOperational Excellence & Brand Management
Oversee marketing deliverables including social media management and website updatesLead larger-scale initiatives and consistently proofread all internal and external-facing materialsEnsure all products, services, and communications align with brand standards through ongoing brand managementSupport continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and workflowsReview campaign performance and develop rapid pivot plans when KPIs are not being metQualifications & Experience
University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field5–8 years of marketing experience, including project leadership and / or people managementB2B marketing experience required; experience in the office furniture or contract interiors industry strongly preferredStrong understanding of brand building and brand managementProven experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns (print, email marketing, social media)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and initiatives simultaneouslyExperience working with external agencies and vendorsProficiency with marketing platforms and tools, including :CMS (e.g., WordPress)CRM (e.g., HubSpot)Analytics (e.g., GA4)Comfortable using Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong ethics, integrity, and commitment to privacyCore Competencies

Hybrid work model; periodic onsite work at company locations (BRC, Tayco, Woodlore) may be requiredShift Schedule : 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday including availability to support on Weekends if required.Hiring Pay Rate : $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 Annually.Ability to attend and conduct presentationsRegular use of desktop computers and peripheralsOvertime as requiredBenefits
