The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for translating BRC’s business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and execution plans. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role plays a key part in turning strategic direction into effective marketing programs, campaigns, and deliverables.

This position leads day-to-day marketing execution across brand, product launches, campaigns, and communications, while supporting annual planning, performance tracking, and team coordination. The Senior Marketing Manager also provides leadership to a small marketing team and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.

Requirements

Marketing Execution & Planning

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing & Communications to develop BRC’s annual marketing plan and lead execution against approved timelines
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing plans, timelines, and resourcing needs
  • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Product Development and cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through performance insights, competitive research, and industry trends
  • Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure initiatives align with approved spending

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and delegate work across the marketing team to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business priorities
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and feedback to direct reports
  • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and support ongoing professional development
  • Maintain action plans to support accountability and on-time delivery
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs related to campaigns, product launches, and sales support
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend and implement adjustments to campaigns and tactics to support performance goals
  • Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for Regional Sales Directors, supporting bid requests, tools, and marketing needs
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, including briefing, execution oversight, and budget tracking
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing & Communications on project status, team capacity, and performance insights
  • Operational Excellence & Brand Management

  • Oversee marketing deliverables including social media management and website updates
  • Lead larger-scale initiatives and consistently proofread all internal and external-facing materials
  • Ensure all products, services, and communications align with brand standards through ongoing brand management
  • Support continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and workflows
  • Review campaign performance and develop rapid pivot plans when KPIs are not being met
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, including project leadership and / or people management
  • B2B marketing experience required; experience in the office furniture or contract interiors industry strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of brand building and brand management
  • Proven experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns (print, email marketing, social media)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools, including :
  • CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  • CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Analytics (e.g., GA4)
  • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to privacy

  • Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work model; periodic onsite work at company locations (BRC, Tayco, Woodlore) may be required
  • Shift Schedule : 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday including availability to support on Weekends if required.
  • Hiring Pay Rate : $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 Annually.
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations
  • Regular use of desktop computers and peripherals
  • Overtime as required
