The Opportunity

As Vice President, Co-Investment Advisory, you will lead a team of professionals providing financial advisory services to limited and general partners seeking to deploy capital into co-investment opportunities across infrastructure, debt, and other private-market assets. In this role you will:

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with limited and general partners active in infrastructure and other co-investments.
• Origin and pitch co-investment advisory opportunities to limited partners, general partners, and family offices.
• Present investment recommendations to client investment committees.
• Set the strategic direction and implement the strategic plan for the co-investment business unit.
• Direct due diligence efforts, including commercial, legal, tax, and financial reviews.
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify cross-group opportunities.

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing.
• Proven ability to develop and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in prior roles.
• Established network with limited partners, general partners, and family offices.
• Effective team player.
