Client Relationship Specialist
This is a phone-based relationship role at the Justin Havre Real Estate Team. As the #1 eXp Realty team in Canada for 2023 and 2024, we provide a world-class experience for families making major life decisions across Calgary and the surrounding area.
The Role
We are hiring a Client Relationship Specialist to manage client retention through proactive outreach. This is a structured + training provided position where you serve as the primary point of contact for our database.
This is a high-volume, phone-based role (90% of your day is on the phone). Your sole focus is connecting with 1215 people daily to welcome them to the team, offer Concierge services, and ensure they remain part of our network.

What Youll Be Doing
Relationship Management : High-volume check-in calls to build long-term loyalty.Opportunity Identification : Uncovering needs for concierge services, referrals, and repeat business.Data Integrity : Maintaining accurate, real-time records within Follow Up Boss (FUB).Problem Solving : Matching clients with our trusted vendor network to address homeownership needs.Client Advocacy : Securing marketing re-subscriptions by demonstrating clear VIP value.Key Responsibilities
Consistent Outreach : Complete 80100 outbound dials per day using curated lists.Onboarding : Conduct "Welcome" calls immediately after a transaction closes.Concierge Workflow : Listen to client needs and connect them to the right partners.Business Generation : Identify "trigger events" (relocation, retirement, etc.) and ask for referrals.CRM Hygiene : Log all activity daily in Follow Up Boss.Activity Standards : Meet daily targets of 1215+ conversations and 2.53.5 hours of talk time.What Were Looking For
Persistence : You enjoy making calls and stay energized throughout the day.CRM Familiarity : Experience with CRM workflows and data entry (FUB preferred).Strong Communication : A professional, helpful, and warm phone presence.Process-Oriented : Ability to follow scripts and structured workflows.Resilience : Comfortable handling high-volume outreach to reach daily goals.Requirements : A police background check is required.Application Process
