What Were Looking For : Strong background in insurance sales and team management

OTL and LLQP licenses (preferred)

Proven leadership and coaching skills

A passion for client service and team success

What Youll Do : Lead and motivate a team of agents

Drive sales performance and business growth

Mentor and develop team members

Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy
